Are you interested in being a beneficiary of CLAW? We are now accepting applications for the next CLAW event, deadline for applications is September 16th.

We have a few simple criteria for your project or your organization to be considered:

  • Woman-initiated. This means your project or your organization must have been founded wholly or in part by a woman.
  • Local. You or your organization are based in Charlottesville or Albemarle County.
  • Small. You’re too big if you have a professional development person on staff.
  • Related to CLAW. You have to be nominated by someone who’s volunteered for CLAW in the past.

If you meet these criteria, please fill out the application below. We highly recommend that you attend a CLAW before you ask to receive funds. It’s impossible to know how to leverage the madness if you haven’t participated.

There are several fund-raising opportunities for your organization at CLAW:
Door receipts, CLAWbucks sales, golden tickets with prizes from sponsors, and limited ringside seating, etc. Please briefly describe a plan for making the most of your opportunity as CLAW’s beneficiary.
